How to Provide Feedback

You can provide feedback while logged into Agent Success Tracker in two simple steps:
- Click on the "Feedback" button located on the left side of the screen:
- Fill out the form that opens on your screen.
- Requester - Please add your email address that you registered under. Please do not add your name as we will be unable to communicate with you.
- Subject - Please add the Page and Section that you are experiencing issues with.
- Product - Please use the drop down arrow to choose Agent Success Tracker.
- Description - Please give as detailed explanation as possible of the problem and the issues you are experiencing.
- Add File - If you have the ability to add a screenshot, please upload that here.
- Submit - Click the submit button to send us your feedback.
